My Wine Blogging Wednesday wine was a total bust! Dammit!
I got a bottle of "HRM Rex-Goliath 47 Pound Rooster Free Range? Central Coast Merlot" from World Market. We didn't open it until Monday night. It was totally corked. Yuck, it tasted just like rubbing alcohol. No amount of cooling / heating / sitting around was going to help this dead duck.
I poured the big cock down the drain. I really wanted to be one of the cool kids this month too. Too bummed for words.
